Ian and his best friend Tristin

Ian has been spending a lot of time with his friend Tristin. They do EVERYTHING together.

They are in the same preschool class and of course that's not nearly enough togetherness. After school they usually come over to our house to play, fight, work in the kitchen and some other weird kid things that only other kids would understand.

They really enjoy playing outside. They have washed all the bikes, trucks, scooters and other vehicles many times. They have gone on feather hunts, pine cone hunts even a bear hunt (glad they didn't bring back any).

They enjoy racing (they take turns winning) and playing doctor (animal doctor, that is).

Tristin's mom is my good friend Kristi. When they come over to play they usually end up sleeping over. Not mush sleeping happens, but a good time is had by all!

Ian's T-ball season

I am way behind on family updates and we have had so much going on!

Ian finished up t-ball for the year and had a stellar season!

He hit a whopper to center field, rounded the bases, knocked over a kid (they actually ran into each other) and made it to home base!

He also fielded a ball and threw it to home.

During his down time out in the field he entertained himself, other players and a coach. He was the self-appointed "position police" making sure that all players were EXACTLY where they were supposed to stand. He tried to move a kid about a half inch and the kid started to cry so Coach Nancy told Ian to report any position infractions to her and she would handle it.
